Todd Billings serves as Vice President and EOS Integrator for Sain Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA), where he provides leadership across the company’s operations, strategy, business development, and organizational growth. Working closely with SEA’s President/CEO and leadership team, Todd helps translate the company’s vision into action by aligning people, priorities, and processes and maintaining focus on execution and results.

 

Todd earned a B.S. in Aeronautics from Parks College of Saint Louis University and began his career with an HVAC and energy consulting firm, where his technical background and hands on approach led to increasing leadership responsibilities. His career has included experience in engineering, business ownership, financial services, energy management, operations, and business development.

 

Todd joined SEA as the Resource Efficiency Manager supporting Air Mobility Command Headquarters at Scott Air Force Base. He later relocated to SEA’s Birmingham headquarters, where he continued to take on expanded leadership responsibilities, serving as Director of Business Development and Executive Director before assuming his current role as Vice President. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

 

Todd is passionate about building strong teams, developing lasting client relationships, and creating practical solutions that deliver measurable results. Outside of SEA, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding motorcycles.
