Todd Billings is the Executive Director for Sain Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA). His ability to apply and combine his engineering, business development, operational and financial experiences makes him ideal to lead SEA’s daily operations. While Todd has a technical background, his ability to build long lasting relationships is one key to SEA’s success.

Todd is a native of Chicago, Illinois and graduate of Parks College of Engineering where he earned his B.S. in Aeronautics. He began his engineering career with a privately-owned HVAC energy consulting firm. His hands-on approach quickly moved him into a leadership role within the organization.

Over the years, Todd has worn many hats, even owning and running a private financial services firm. Realizing he missed his work in engineering, Todd returned to his roots and became the Resource Efficiency Manager for Air Mobility Command Headquarters at Scott Air Force Base in O’Fallon, Illinois. In addition to serving as a REM at SEA, he has also served as Director of Operations and Business Development Director. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). Todd’s previous experience is critical for helping SEA drive the processes and focus needed to arrive at practical and efficient solutions for our clients.

Todd is passionate about honest client service, and he feels the work he does at SEA is very fulfilling not only for him and his peers, but his clients as well. When Todd’s not in the office or meeting with a client, you might find him on his Indian motorcycle. Residing in Birmingham, Alabama, he is married to Janelle, and together they share a son, Rylee and a daughter, Skylar.
