As Director of Administration and Finance, Jimmy Daniels leads the financial reporting and compliance efforts at SEA while overseeing the company’s administrative and human resources functions. His strong background in accounting, financial management, and organizational leadership — combined with his ability to build trust and foster accountability — makes him a natural fit for this critical role.

 

Jimmy is responsible for maintaining SEA’s banking and financing relationships, serving as the internal fiduciary for both the company’s ESOP and 401(k) plans, and ensuring SEA remains compliant with cybersecurity standards. In addition, he serves as the company’s Treasurer, providing strategic financial guidance to support SEA’s growth and sustainability. His ability to oversee diverse operational areas while maintaining meticulous attention to detail has been instrumental in strengthening SEA’s financial health and operational resilience.

 

Jimmy began his career in Florida, spending a decade with a restaurant group where his responsibilities grew from staff accountant to controller. This experience gave him a solid foundation in financial operations, team leadership, and business acumen.

 

A proud graduate of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, Jimmy earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in accounting. He continues to build on his education and experience, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to his work at SEA.
