Wendy Brown is the Human Resource Manager for SEA. She attended Jefferson State College and then the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Wendy has worked with a large variety of accounts in the past ranging from Hospitals to Communications to Staffing Services. She has managed employees from 2 - 2500. With over 25 years experience in Human Resources, she has handled most HR aspects as in: recruiting, payroll, development, policy and procedures, disciplinary actions, counseling and benefits. She also has knowledge in unemployment, risk management and grievances.
