Scott is the Resource Efficiency Manager for Vandenberg Air Force near Lompoc California, the third largest US Air Force Base in the world. Scott is also the REM for Los Angeles Air Force Base. Scott is responsible for facilitating the energy program. Scott has a broad background as a Federal energy manager, consultant, and ESCO partner, which gives him a diverse background to facilitate a multi-faceted program for Vandenberg and LA Air Force Base. He was awarded the Secretary of the Army Energy Conservation Award, the DOD Productivity Excellence Award and is a DOE Energy Champion. Scott is a Certified Energy Manager and has a Master Degree from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelors of Science from Weber State College.
