Bruce is the Resource Efficiency Manager for Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. He also provides support to Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, TX. and Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. New to the Federal sector, Bruce looks forward to applying years of experience in energy management to have a positive impact as a REM. Prior to joining Sain Engineering Associates, Bruce was the District Energy Management Coordinator for the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio where 19 years were spent building an award winning energy management program from the ground up. He has experience in all aspects of energy management such as utility rebates, utility billing/energy accounting, EMCS, HVAC, lighting, as well as facility operations, and construction. NISD is the fourth largest school district in the state of Texas and comprised 356 square miles, with 115 facilities and an annual utility budget of $13 million dollars.
Bruce is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Sustainable Design Professional (CSDP) and graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a degree BS in Industrial Technology.
