Expertise: Air Force/Army policy and contracting, HVAC and Indoor Air Quality Systems
Greg is a Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) for Headquarters Air Education and Training Command (AETC) at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. He assists the MAJCOM Energy Team in their efforts to reduce overall energy consumption and costs for twelve AETC bases. Prior to joining Sain Engineering, he worked on the AETC staff formulating program and budget requirements for several programs to include AETC’s Energy and Utility programs. He assisted the command in the development of 10 Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century (AFSO21) energy initiatives which resulted in over $ 85M in energy initiative funding. Greg retired from the Air Force in 2005 and has extensive experience in operations and maintenance, programming, and budgeting. While in the military he served as the AETC Command Mechanical Manager. Greg has a B.S. in Business Administration and Occupation and an A.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Technology. He is also a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
