Jim Cummings is the REM for Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Jim has over 25 years of commercial and industrial energy management experience including 14 years as General Manager and part owner of a small regulated public utility company providing steam and chilled water to 25 commercial customers in Pittsburgh, PA. Jim is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Public Policy, was licensed as a PE in Ohio, and is a Certified Energy Manager.
